Slide UI – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Slide UI’s services and database ("the Database"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease all usage of Slide UI immediately.

Refunds may not be issued for services already rendered or products already downloaded unless the product is deemed faulty.

Slide UI reserves the right to terminate your access to the Database without notice in the event of any breach of these terms. Termination may also occur if you engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, including the unauthorized use or redistribution of Slide UI content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slide UI will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or other consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Database. Slide UI services are provided "as is," with no warranties, except as required under applicable U.S. and Australian law.

For users based in the United States, these terms will be governed by the laws of the state of California. For Australian users, they will be governed by the laws of New South Wales. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, mediation, or court proceedings, depending on the jurisdiction.

Slide UI reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated to users via email or notifications on our website. Continued use of Slide UI services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
