By accessing and using Slide UI’s services and database ("the Database"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease all usage of Slide UI immediately.
Slide UI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Database for personal and commercial projects under the following conditions:
All content, including but not limited to blocks, sections, designs, and the web app itself, remain the exclusive property of Slide UI. You may not claim ownership of any components, nor may you repurpose them for redistribution in any format, particularly for AI training or competitive design systems.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access and legal repercussions:
Refunds are only available in limited circumstances, at the discretion of Slide UI, and are governed by applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Refunds may not be issued for services already rendered or products already downloaded unless the product is deemed faulty.
While you may modify blocks and designs for your own personal or commercial projects, these modifications cannot be resold, redistributed, or repurposed in any manner outside the scope of your license. Slide UI retains the right to modify or discontinue services with appropriate notice to users.
Slide UI reserves the right to terminate your access to the Database without notice in the event of any breach of these terms. Termination may also occur if you engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, including the unauthorized use or redistribution of Slide UI content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slide UI will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or other consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Database. Slide UI services are provided "as is," with no warranties, except as required under applicable U.S. and Australian law.
For users based in the United States, these terms will be governed by the laws of the state of California. For Australian users, they will be governed by the laws of New South Wales. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, mediation, or court proceedings, depending on the jurisdiction.
Slide UI reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated to users via email or notifications on our website. Continued use of Slide UI services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
